Wealth Management Firm

A well-established Wealth Management Firm with five advisers and two support staff lost their office all-rounder (of six years) to a changed career direction. On recommendation from another financial adviser, the firm engaged Office Support Solutions.

We promptly assessed the directors’ needs, the office manager position description, the current staff complement and office systems. After a focused analysis with the directors and staff, a recruitment campaign followed. This resulted in four highly skilled candidates being put forward, then narrowed down to the successful recruit.

Office Support Solutions formalised the letter of offer, negotiated the salary, tailored the training plan and scheduled orientation and training sessions. The successful recruit had to give four weeks’ notice so Office Support Solutions stepped in to provide temporary assistance in the meantime.

Office Support Solutions took care of the whole process and continues to provide HR support as required.

Office Support Solutions also assists with office and administrative overflow on an as needed basis – which saves hiring permanent staff.

Commercial Mortgage Brokers

This inner city commercial mortgage brokerage firm was in a strong growth phase.

Some of the brokers were missing out on valuable time with their families because they were managing administrative tasks as well as looking after their clients.

Office Support Solutions consulted closely with the directors about their needs. Armed with this knowlegde and understanding of the business, we conducted a complete sourcing and recruitment service.

A highly experienced office administrator was employed and has now been with the firm for over 12 months.

With a dedicated administrator now on board it allows the directors to continue to grow their business and focus on their clients while their office administrator takes care of everything in the office.
